REFUNDS
Refunds are only available for New & Unused items that have no visible manufacturer defects and will be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction for New & Unused items
- Exchange for New & Unused items
- Shipping Error (please see Shipping Error section for details)

REFUND EXCLUSIONS
Refunds are not available for Items under the following conditions:
- Item has been used (even if only for a brief time and even if item is still functioning properly)
- Item fails after use (this is considered a manufacturer defect)
- Manufacturer defect (noticed after use)
- Manufacturer defect before use (such as visible damage)
- Dissatisfaction after use
- Exchange after use

Pool Vac Parts does not sell refurbished or used merchandise; all products come directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributer and are new.

POOLVACPARTS.COM does not accept the returning of used merchandise because POOL VAC PARTS does not sell used merchandise.

PoolVacParts.Com does not accept the return of defective merchandise because pOOL vAC pARTS does not have the means to repair such merchandise; however, should you find yourself in possession of merchandise with a manufacturer defect, we are more than happy to assist you with manufacturer replacement information. RMA
pooLvaCpartS.coM is a division of AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. and a AZ Pool Supplies Customer Service Representative must approve and issue an RMA for all merchandise being returned for any reason.

At the time of delivery, Azpoolsupplies,inc. will refuse any parcel that does not have a valid RMA visible on the outside of the parcel.

SHIPPING
pOOl vAc pARTs offers customers the lowest cost pricing pOOLvAcpARTs.com can, as such, the cost of a return shipping is not added into the price of the order. This means that the returning party will be responsible for all shipping costs on any items returned do to dissatisfaction or exchange.

Poolvacparts.com is not a delivering party and therefore is not responsible for returned items lost in transit. You must obtain a tracking number from the delivering company and follow up with that delivering company in the case that shipped items are lost.

INSPECTION
All returned items are subject to inspection before a return credit or exchange can be approved.

DISSATISFACTION
If you are not 100% satisfied with your new and unused (non-defective) purchase, we will refund any purchase within 30 days of item receipt.

All returns due to dissatisfaction will result in a 20% restocking fee.

All products must be in their original, unmarked manufacturer packaging and include all parts, accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

EXCHANGE
Restocking fees will be waived if the item(s) is exchanged for an item(s) from any AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. owned website. You can find all are site links at AZ Pool Supplies, Inc.

SHIPPING ERRORS
In the rare event that incorrect items are received, verified as the item sku numbers do not match the items on the invoice, AZ, Pool Supplies, Inc. must be notified within 10 days of the date of delivery.

Upon notification and verification of incorrect items, PooL VaC PartS will immediately issue a return shipping label via email, fax, or mail based on the customer’s preference.

Once the incorrect item(s) has been received and verified by AZ Pool Supplies, Inc, the corrected order will be immediately shipped at no additional freight.

AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. reserves the right to verify any shipping errors and adjust costs (such as the cost of the return shipping label) based on the findings.

CANCELATION
poolvacparts.COM acknowledges that a customer may find the need to cancel their purchase.

An order may be cancelled at any time prior to processing. Please contact AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. Customer Service verify eligibility.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation but may be returned under the criteria outlined in these policies.
