I placed an Order last week, and right after placing it, I realized I forgot to order one of the parts I needed. I went back online and ordered the additional part knowing that due to my mistake, I would have two shipping charges. When my order arrived, both orders were shipped together and I was only charged one shipping charge. That speaks truly of your desire to take care of the customer.
